How do I access or login the Optical CRM software?
If you are an Indian customer, please enter your customer ID at https://india.opticalcrm.com. You will be routed to the login screen of your optical CRM software after entering your customer ID.
If you are an international customer, please enter your customer ID at https://global.opticalcrm.com. You will be routed to the login screen of your optical CRM software after entering your customer ID.
Please contact your support manager if you don’t know your customer ID or are still having problems logging in.

How do I purchase the Optical CRM Software?

How much time it takes to setup my software / account?
The setup of online optical CRM software takes no more than 24 hours. It may take 3 to 5 working days if you purchased the offline version.
How will I get my customer ID and software login details?
You will receive a welcome email from [email protected] to your registered email ID or admin email ID when you make a purchase. Your customer ID and admin login information will be included in this email. Please save this email for future reference.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as online bank transfers and UPI payments from any UPI-enabled payment service such as PAYTM, GOOGLE PAY, PHONE PE, and others. You can also use PAYPAL to make a payment.
How many branches we can add in one customer ID?
There are no limitations; you can add as many branches as you like to a single customer ID. However, You must pay separately for each new branch added to your customer ID.
How many users I can create in one customer ID?
You are free to create as many users as you like. There are no charges for creating users in Optical CRM Software.
Are there any contracts, setup fees, or hidden fees?
NO, there are no contracts, setup fees or any hidden fees in the online cloud-based version of Optical CRM Software. For offline desktop version, you need to pay one time installation cost and yearly maintenance if you want support and upgrades.
Additional services like SMS and WhatsApp are priced separately, but they are optional.
Do you offer any discounts?
We’re sorry, but we don’t provide any discounts because our pricing are already quite affordable when compared to similar applications.
In addition, we do not charge extra for future upgrades or additions that we develop and distribute.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase under my company name?
Yes, for all of your payments and purchases, you will receive a PDF invoice. You can download it from https://my.opticalcrm.com at any time.
Before making any purchase, please ensure that your billing information is up to date. If you are from India and want to claim GST credits, please change your billing information to match the information on your GST certificate.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds in the Optical CRM Software. You can go through the complete demo of our software before make a purchase.
We will not be able to cancel or refund your order after it has been completed and payment has been made.
Can I get an API access?
No, the Optical CRM Software does not have any external API services. For the time being, you must work with excel reports generated by our software.
How safe are our data?
Your data is 100% safe in online Optical CRM Software. However, If you are using the offline version, then you have to take care of backups and safety of your data.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your account anytime. However, your data on our cloud will be deleted within 90 days from the deactivation of your account.
Can we delete our data and start again fresh?
Can I link your software with my eCommerce website?
No, currently we do not provide any API services for the Optical CRM Software. Hence, it will not be possible to link the Optical CRM Software to your eCommerce website.
What is difference between online and offline?
The Online Optical CRM Software is cloudbase service; this software and all the data are stored in our cloud server. You can access it from any device using a browser. Whereas, offline version is installed on your desktop or laptop; complete software and all the data are stored locally on your device. You cannot access it from any other device.
I forgot my admin password, how can I login or generate a new admin password?
Don’t worry! You can use the forgot password option on the login screen if you don’t remember your admin password.
I don't remember my customer ID. What to do?
Please look for the welcome email that you should have received when you purchased the optical CRM software on your registered email address.
If you can’t find your welcome email, write an email to [email protected] from your registered admin email address, and our team will respond with your customer ID.
My admin account is locked, I am not able to login?
If your admin account is locked, go to https://my.opticalcrm.com and use your customer ID to log in. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see an option to unlock your admin account at the bottom of the home page.
Can I change my customer ID?
No, customer ID is system generated and it cannot be changed.
How do I change my registered admin email ID?
Please login with your customer ID at https://my.opticalcrm.com. You can update the admin email ID once you’ve logged in.
What are the system requirements to use the Optical CRM Software?
You can access online Optical CRM Software from any device using a web browser. Also, you need stable internet service. However, offline optical crm software can be used for any laptop or tablet running windows operating system greater than Windows7. Offline optical crm software is not compatible for any tablet or any other OS apart from Windows OS. We recommend to have minimum 4 GB ram, 20 GB hard drive space and any processor more than intel core i3.
Do you provide barcode stickers, thermal printer resin and barcode printer?
We provide barcode stickers and thermal printer resin. Our barcode stickers are specially manufactured for optical business and they are high quality stickers. It will provide long durability and it will not spoil or damage eye wear. You can contact our sales team for more details. We do not provide printer or any other hardware products.
Transitioning from our old system, can you import our previous database? Is there a charge?
Yes, we offer the option of using EXCEL to import data. Before you import data into our software, you must download or export data in EXCEL from your old system and format it according to our template.
Importing data is free of charge. It’s simple to import your existing data into the Optical CRM Software.
Does it have the ability to connect to various receipt printers?
Yes, the optical CRM software is capable to print receipts on most of the branded receipt printers. However, you can print a sample receipt using our demo version before you make a purchase.
I am using Tablet, which version do you suggest?
Online version of the Optical CRM Software is recommended for tablet users. However, make sure that your tablet is capable to connect receipt printer and barcode printer.
How much data it can hold?
We are providing unlimited space in our online cloud-base version. For offline version data storage limit is depending on the free space you have on your hard drive.
Who is my support manager?
Please login with your customer ID at https://my.opticalcrm.com. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see your support manager’s contact information on the dashboard.
